IMPORTANT - COVID-19 Notice:

The State of Georgia and The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have issued precautions for everyone in Georgia due to the COVID-19 virus.  As a result, we are taking precautions to protect our Tenants and Maintenance Technicians during this period.  

When you schedule a Maintenance Request, we ask that you are not showing any symptoms of the COVID-19 Virus as indicated by the CDC (i.e., Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath) before we will send a Repair Technician out to address the repair.  The Repair Technician is required to do the same.  Please note: It is Tenant's discretion to allow entry of the Repair Technician and Tenant assumes all risks associated with Technician's entry into their home.

If you are having a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

If you have a maintenance emergency that requires immediate attention, please call our office at 404-575-1975.  For maintenance emergencies after 6pm M-F, or on the weekends, call our office at 404-575-1975 and press "3" on the menu to leave a message for our on call Maintenance Technician.

IMPORTANT

Please understand, repairs or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Release of Key

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
